Vitamin E-8 is unique of its kind and, as the name suggests, consists of all 8 forms of vitamin E (tocopherols and tocotrienols). A complete, balanced vitamin E complex of superior quality. For this product, raw materials were chosen that have excellent absorbability and are guaranteed to meet the very highest standards of purity. Moreover, the vitamin E oil is not contained in a softgel made of bovine gelatin, but in a special vegan liquid capsule.

Tocopherols and tocotrienols
Vitamin E is an essential, fat-soluble nutrient composed of a family of four tocopherols (alpha, beta, gamma, delta) and four tocotrienols (alpha, beta, gamma, delta). The tocotrienols differ from the tocopherols in that the former have unsaturated side chains with three double bonds. Tocopherols have saturated side chains without double bonds. In food, vitamin E occurs in all of these eight forms. In dietary supplements, however, only alpha-tocopherol is usually used. There is increasing evidence that the other forms of vitamin E (such as gamma tocopherol and tocotrienols) also play an important role in maintaining good health and have synergistic effects with each other. This unique vitamin E complex was therefore developed based on the latest scientific findings.

Natural versus synthetic vitamin E
Synthetic forms of vitamin E (including dl-alpha-tocopherol, or all-rac-alpha-tocopherol) are also sometimes used in dietary supplements, but these are less effective than the natural forms. Thus, it is important to choose a dietary supplement containing only natural forms of vitamin E, identified by the prefix "d-" (as in
d-alphatocopherol) or 'RRR-' (as in RRR-alphatocopherol). Vitamin E-8 contains only natural forms of vitamin E.

Operation
The main function of vitamin E in the body is to help protect cells and tissues from oxidative damage. People today are exposed to many unwanted external influences (such as excessive UV radiation from sunlight and environmental pollution). Thus, the cells' defense system needs some support. Vitamin E helps maintain healthy cells and tissues by trapping free radicals.

Special vegan liquid capsule
A liquid capsule is a special variant of the standard vegetable capsule. Through a specially developed production process, the two halves of the capsule are glued together with a cellulose gel after being filled with the active ingredient, so that this capsule variant is also suitable for containing liquid ingredients. With a standard vegetarian capsule, the two halves are pushed together loosely, making it capable of containing only powdered ingredients. In fact, in combination with liquids, this capsule would leak. The major advantage of using these liquid capsules over gelatin softgels is that the supplement is therefore suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
