Return or exchange
At Kravwinkel.com the rule is: not good, money back.
The only condition we set is that all items are unused, in original condition and in their original packaging. Of course you may try on the articles. If you do not like them you may return them without giving any reason.
Measure = Know. Do not buy at random. Clothing sizes may vary by brand or even by fabric. Most products have a size chart in the shop. Also check in the club with a fellow student of similar stature what size they wear or try it on in the club.
If we make a mistake in processing your order, we will take care of the return shipping costs and the shipping costs to your home for the new order. We will refund the return cost to you after we receive the return/exchange shipment.
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
- The item must be returned as new and in its original packaging.
- Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt of your order
- The item must be complete, undamaged and unworn (of course you can try on the item with the exception of mouth and crotch guards).
- The article must have the original cards/labels
You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full purchase price excluding shipping costs.
The costs for return shipping from your home to Kravwinkel.nl are for your own account. Please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. See rates postnl.
RETURN VIA PARCEL SERVICE OR POSTAL SERVICE.
Pack the order well together with the return form and bring the package to the post office. Use the address label from the return form.
Always return the item(s) properly packaged (in the original packaging, neatly wrapped).
We cannot take back worn or damaged items.
Price tags and item tags may not be removed from items.
For returns, only complete and undamaged items will be accepted and in sturdy packaging.
EXCHANGE
Exchange of an article is not possible. The "exchange" of an article for the same article in another size or color if in stock works as follows...
You return your order within the trial period, according to the return procedure above.
We will refund the purchase amount to you after which you can order the correct product/size in the shop.
